Insanity – Finishing Stats

Ok, here are the results of my Insanity Fit Tests.

Pretty consistent improvement?  I think so.

On the Power Jacks, I actually went down.  However, since I tend to count to myself by tens (think “1-2-3…10-1-2-3…20”),  I wonder if that first “69” should have been a “59”.  Either that, or I plateaued a bit.  Which isn’t surprising, since the worst part of this workout for me was the squats, which hurt my gluts and burned out my quads.

I did plateau on the Globe Jumps, but since you have to complete a rotation of 4 jumps to make 1 count on that one, I’m not surprised.  And again, that’s a quad and butt burning exercise.

So there you have it.  Shortly, I will post my review of the second half of Insanity.
